Baroness from Southern Rota who rules the land which includes Kevin Arcana's complex known as Neroth and the village of Inger.

She is a traditional ruler – in that she believes power is granted only by the gods through bloodlines. As a result, she is highly suspicious of Kevin Arcana and doesn't believe he wields legitimate power. Nevertheless, she does not openly oppose him due to his vast resources. (It is also rumored that he has paid her handsomely to let him operate outside her jurisdiction).
