+After crossing to the other side where the bandits are, Tuotatm cast a //Detect Thoughts//
+spell to better understand the bandits' motivations.  However, his target shook off his

+After a bit of tension -- during which the bandits claimed that they had been hired by the
+Harra family -- the party opted to pay the 4 gold piece toll and move on.
+They stopped at the Gilded Dragon for a brief respite before going to the Harra mansion
+in the hopes of meeting with Athina.  While she was not there, they were able to leave
+a message for her with the servant Aleena.
+They next spoke with Duje, who paid them 2 gold pieces each as they had (essentially)
+fulfilled the contract to find the Doppelganger (from session #3).  They also reported
