Horovik is governed by a mayor, a male human named Threda.

• The Shrine of Tyr: A stone lantern enshrining the flame of Tyr, Norse god of courage and strategy, said to be sometimes visited by the god himself.
• The Guildhall: A large stone-walled building, once an inn house. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.
• The Fool's Alehouse: A heroic dwarven inn, built within what was once a wizard's tower.
