+[[Tissa]]'s cousin Himion tells her of a "simple" delivery he needs made to a
+town called Saerb, deep in [[Idus]] territory.  While travel and commerce
+between the regions is legal and safe, Himion says that this delivery needs to
+be done in secret.  Thus, he is willing to pay a significant sum of money.
+[[Tissa]] asks some of her acquaintances if they would be interested in
+accompanying her, and in short order, a group of seven people agree to take on
