The current ruler of the elemental world (though his grasp has slipped significantly due in large part to the efforts of the Voyager crew). He has always had dreams of control, and has attempted a takeover several times over the millenia, but was finally successful in January, 1108 when he was able to use Lord Ozzie as a pawn against the Godslayer.

In the first age, he attempted a takeover of the Prime World, but was thwarted by Rhae and Shardanna. (See the Elemental Crown for more information).
