Elemental Plane of Shadow
Not to be confused with the “Plane of Shadow” – which is entirely different
This sub-plane is located in the “center” of the sphere known as the “Elemental World”. It is comprised of equal parts of all six elements (The four physical elements: Air, Earth, Fire, Water, and the two spiritual elements: Good and Evil).
It is ruled by the Shadowlord, who has recently gained control over the entire Elemental World.
