The name for the elven city and the forests east of Lowland. Now populated by orcs.

While the majority of elves in Pleven were “Wood Elves”, Pleven was also home to the world's major population of “High Elves” (aka “Eladrin”). In July of 1099, when faced with the dual threat of the storm cloud and armies of orcs, the leaders of Pleven opened a planar portal and fled this world to an unknown destination.
