With the captive Werewolf and the “friendly” Cambion, the party returned to Sefni to rest. Since a winged demon would be “problematic”, Eldana used her Alter Self spell to maintain her human form. But since she can only keep this disguise up for an hour, they have to take her straight to the apartment. Meanwhile, the captive Werewolf is taken to the prison, where he is put in the same cell as Milo, the other captive Werewolf.

That evening, a strange-looking man was spotted visiting Dimos's apartment. Many others came and went during the evening and night, but they never saw that man leave.

With Eldana along to help, the party returned to the Bandit camp and set up nearby to observe. Eventually, one of the bandits in Wolf form (but wearing a backpack), emerged and began running in the direction of Sefni. After moving to intercept, a brief fight erupted and the Wolf is killed. In his backpack, they find a change of (human) clothes, and 11 gold pieces with the same spider design as the coins found in Ironspell.

Eldana alters her appearance into a Werewolf and entered the camp. The party then flanked the camp in an attempt to rescue the captives. After a brief, confusing fight, Eldana rescues a woman named Nena and flies her to the safety of the woods. Meanwhile, Tuotatm rescues Mira and escorts her over the back wall of the fortress.

The whole team, along with their two rescued captives, returned safely to Sefni.
