 +  * A [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/water-weird|Water Weird]] appears in the hotel's lobby fountain. 
 +  * Kuriz gives the party one of a pair of [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/sending-stones|Sending Stones]] so that they can always keep in touch. 
 +  * At night while the party sleeps, a psychic storm rips through the Hotel and pushes them all out of their bodies and on to the Astral Plane! 
 +  * They fight a group of [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/ice-mephit|Ice Mephits]] 
 +  * During the fight, Norm summons a [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/unicorn|Unicorn]]! 
 +  * Norm's Unicorn ("Wilbur") tries to explain how the party can get back to the Material Plane, but he disappears before he can truly help. 
 +  * The party does learn, however, that they can "manifest" objects out of thin air with just the power of their mind! 
 +  * Kasca manifests an entire, elaborate Temple to Anubis 
 +  * The party takes a Short Rest in Kasca's Temple 
 +  * They find their way back to the Hotel -- but are unable to interact with it.  It is as if they are ghosts floating through the halls. 
 +  * They meet an [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/air-elemental|Air Elemental]] and a [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/water-elemental|Water Elemental]] who appear to be in service to the Hotel. 
 +  * Tan cast [[https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/comprehend-languages|Comprehend Languages]], but finds that the Elementals are not smart enough (or too busy and distracted) to carry on a meaningful conversation.
