 Bolduf is governed by a council of wealthy landowners, who are secretly backed by a dragon named Ammamus.

  * The Guildhall: A large timber and brick building, decorated with finely carved friezes. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local trade guilds.
  * The Odeum of Ice: A large half-timbered theatre, home of a thieves' guild pretending to be jugglers.
