==== The Wisewood Chain ====

The "Wisewood Chain" refers to the chain of cities that form the nation of [[Backbone]].

From the coast to the mountains, these are:
  * [[backbone_city|Backbone]]
  * [[Hookridge]]
  * [[Marsvan]]
  * [[Bearly]]

All of these cities were abandoned during the wars from 1090-1098 and most are currently
overrun by orcs.

//Note: [[Wisewood]] also refers to the lands once occupied by the Sylvan Elves,
just west of [[Pleven]].//
