Once the largest city in [[Lowland]] (sometimes referred to as "The Second Kingdom"),
this city is now a necropolis -- housed only by the undead.  It is ruled over by the
Lichlord [[Pelham]].

Prior to the wars, it housed a thriving population governed by an elected Senate
and its chosen "President" (also known by the ceremonial title of "King"), [[Re Xacnal]].
