==== The Great Map ====
Another artifact from the first age, this is a magical map
which will show the location of whatever its key gem is tuned to find.  Known
key gems are the gem of the portals and the gem of the weapons.  A legendary
gem of the gems has never been known to exist.  It can be broken by its
owner, at which point it scatters its pieces throughout the world(s) and
temporarily disrupts (but never destroys) the ninety-nine portals.
