Pronounced "FAH-deel".

The Fadil are a nomadic tribe who live in the [["Sea of Sand"]] desert in 
central [[Thentao]].  They are the descendants of the mighty [[Arral Empire]] 
and still consider themselves to be the true inheritors of "civilization".
