==== The Elder Woods ====

The Elder Woods are an ancient growth of forests just south of [[Roundtree]] in 
[[Southern Rota]].  It is home to a large number of Fey and is considered off 
limits by //ALL// nearby races.

The trail connecting [[Roundtree]] with the Halfling lands of [[Shalrock]] runs 
along the edge of the Elder Woods and has generated numerous stories of 
abduction (and worse) by the Fey.  However, some believe that these stories are 
purposely exaggerated by [[Shalrock]] and the elves in the [[Omina Forest]] in 
order to dissuade Humans from expanding east.
