Non-Player Character, though also run as a PC ([[Jim Seymour]]).
Defender of the **LAW**.  Believes sincerely that if the law is written down
(or otherwise agreed upon) by two parties, then it must be followed to the end.
Wears shining armor and rides an elegant, white warhorse.  His legal secretary,
Abakus, follows him nearly everywhere.  Mostly, however, he's a one-joke
character.  Part of the [[Voyager]] campaign.
