Celí Mará is the current "Mage of Air" in the [[council|Council of Wizards]] -- and is the highest-ranked member of the (currently defunct) council still alive.

He is a Half-Elf who lives in the [[Spindrift]] Island chain.  His arcane specialty is the study of Languages, Laws, and Customs among the various Humanoid races.  His custom spells are a 5th level spell to "Detect Lies" and a 5th level spell to provide complete "Fluency" (a combination of Tongues and Comprehend Languages and the ability to write fluently in a language).
